Co-Founder & Principal
Missy Kurek is a seasoned fundraiser and political advisor with more than a decade of experience working at the highest levels of Democratic politics.
Most recently, Missy served six years as Deputy Executive Director for the DCCC and Political Director for House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, providing strategic guidance and leading a team of 20 regional fundraisers and event planning staff. There, Missy developed and executed a multi-million dollar fundraising and candidate giving strategy, harnessing national donor networks with her sophisticated grasp of local political environments.
As a trusted senior counselor to Leader Pelosi and the House Democratic Caucus, Missy was also charged with recruiting and advising new congressional candidates on designing breakthrough campaigns in competitive districts. For the party's most critical and complex events, Democratic Leadership turned to her to create effective programming -- including the Democratic National Convention, state party events, and multi-day issues conferences.
Whether working with A-list principals, sensitive donor relationships, or high-profile and high-stakes events, Missy Kurek brings world-class experience and political judgement to bear for her clients. Prior to joining the DCCC, Missy worked in development for non-profit organizations and issue-based advocacy campaigns. She is a graduate of the Maxwell School of Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and lives in Washington D.C.

Krista Jenusaitis Zuzenak is a seasoned event planning executive with more than a decade of experience organizing, planning, and executing major political and corporate events throughout the United States.
For seven years, Krista led the DCCC's nationwide events operation, planning hundreds of complex events in every region, scale and budget level. As Director of Events, Krista handled House Democrats' most prestigious and logistically-demanding events, from intimate VIP dinners with House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi and President Obama to concert receptions with thousands of attendees to major Inauguration and Democratic National Convention fundraisers.
For each client's individual vision, Krista harnesses the management expertise and vast knowledge of vendors across the nation built from years of planning polished, on-budget events. Whether negotiating vendor contracts, designing staging and menus, handling A-list talent and security details, integrating audio-visual elements, or training and managing first-class onsite event staff, Krista offers clients an unparalleled foundation of experience. From conventions to galas to weddings, Krista's sharp eye for detail makes the difference between good and unforgettable.
Prior to the DCCC, Krista oversaw events and client relations at Atlantic Video Productions in Washington, DC, and worked as an account executive at a boutique event planning firm in Maryland focusing on private sector engagements. Krista is a graduate of American University and lives in Washington DC.
